Indiana University Athletic Leadership Scholarship
Terrence Tallen was the chair of a recent fundraising campaign to create a student athletic and leadership scholarship at his alma mater, Indiana University (IU) in Bloomington IN, where he was twice elected team football captain and took the Hoosiers to a winning bowl game and national ranking under its former coach Lee Corso, now an ESPN College Gameday host.

Mr Tallen and Mary Anne Keshen have endowed the Terry Tallen Leadership scholarship at IU for a deserving football student athlete every year, a gift in perpetuity.


AMERICAN CINEMATHEQUE
Anne Keshen is Vice President of the Board of Directors of The American Cinematheque in Los Angeles, the leading arts charity dedicated to film's influential and global role as an art form.

The Cinematheque's highly acclaimed programs and events are held at The Egyptian Theatre, home of the world's first movie premiere and at The Aero Theatre on Montana Ave in Santa Monica, CA.

The Cinematheque has been at the forefront of Hollywood's most recent real estate renaissance, due its successful renovation, redevelopment and operation of the historic Egyptian Theatre on famed Hollywood Blvd, which has been a catalyst to new investment and development projects in Hollywood.

The Egyptian Theatre is a recipient of a National Trust for Historic Preservation Award and has been featured on the cover of Urban Land Magazine for its iconic architecture and the vital role it has played in entertainment and the history of film.

The Cinematheque also restored and operates The Aero Theatre on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, CA, a popular film destination for Santa Monica residents and a centerpiece of the vibrant Montana Ave shopping district.

Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies
Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies at Indiana University was established to act as a focal point for  research, education, and service activities relating to the field of real estate. The Center was established in 1985 to provide a comprehensive real estate resource, serving as a vehicle for interaction between faculty, students, alumni, professional organizations, and others with an interest in real estate. Under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey Fisher, the center has undertaken many projects and continues to provide support for a number of educational programs. Center activities are designed to build external relationships through encouragement of interaction between University faculty, students, and real estate professionals. The main focus of the Real Estate Club is to provide members with information about the various career paths within the field of Real Estate. In its 2010 survey of the top undergraduate business school rankings by business specialty, IU Real Estate ranked 12th in the nation.

Marin City Sports Zone
Tallen & Keshen Holdings has been a leading donor to the Marin City CA Sports Zone to bring after school athletic programs to the children of Marin City, located in Southern Marin County, CA.  The program instills the benefits of teamwork, exercise and leadership in local grade school students.


RESPONSIBLE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Initiated by TKH founder Anne Keshen in 2006, the internship program provides talented law students with tailored internships to gain valuable exposure to entrepreneurial investments as well as to build a bridge to career options beyond the traditional practice of law.  Since its inception, more than 20 dedicated law and MBA students have participated in the Responsible Entrepreneurship program.

TKH principals also support the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, The Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law at Pepperdine Law School, kiva.org in San Francisco and a variety of health and human services organizations and local community events.
